Q1: Do you accept custom OEM orders? Can we use our private size,designs or packaing?
Certainly,we do,with more than ten years of OEM experience,any design and packaging would be welcome.But firstly we need the samples provide by you.
Q2: What are your main products?
Our main products are toilet tank fittings,toilet seat covers,handshower & rainshower set,Brass & Plastic faucet,all kinds of Toilet Drain Pipes,and Kitchen Sanitary wares and etc.
Q3: Are you a factory or trading company?
We are combination,80% manufacturing & 20% trading.We have testing machines for Low & High water pressure,Flush flow Rate ,Shower spray flow rate.Our factory has 1200 Square meters and more than 50 skilled labour workers.
Q4: Whats the minimum order?
Our minimum order is 200pcs for each size.
Q5: How long does it take to make a customer order?
It takes 45-60days after we receive a deposit and confime every detailes.
Q6: How can i get samples?
Samples are free of charge,that you only need to pay for the courier cost ,which can be returned to you when you place us the formal order.
Q7: Do you have QC or any safety standards for your products?
We have professional QC team to check the materials and cotrol each proceedure of production.Our factory was inspected by some big brand in worldwide.And our products are sold in Southeast countries for years.
